All Saltroad clients make all payments directly to Saltroad for your services.
Early each month we pay you for all delivered services awaiting payout, up to the end of the previous month, minus our fees.
The payout runs happen between the 4th and 7th, and typically reach your bank account between the 4th–10th.
The variable dates depends on when the latest payments you marked as delivered were received, how long those payments take to clear with Stripe, how long it takes the bank to process your payout, and whether the dates fall on weekends or bank holidays.
For example, if you only collected payment on the 31st of the month, for a session delivered on the 31st of the month, that payment may take 3-5 days to clear, meaning your entire payout cannot happen until that clears.
This is all outside of our control as it is just down to payment processor and bank processes, but 80%+ of all payouts happen on the 4th of each month.
