All referrals which are looking for (or are at least open to) online support, are also posted into the online channel.
Please note that where a referral is listed as open to either online or face-to-face support, more often than not, if there is a face-to-face option, they will prefer that.
We strongly push the merits and benefits of online speech therapy where possible and appropriate, but ultimately we are led by what the customer wants / needs.
