Where to find customer contact details and how to communicate once you're working together.

After a successful intro call, Saltroad steps into the background a little and lets you get on with doing what you do best, delivering Speech and Language Therapy services.

Once you've agreed to work with a particular customer, you are free to communicate with them as you wish, via email, phone calls, text messages etc.

All of the contact details we have for each customer will be found in the case history notes provided, the intro call booking email (which also includes their phone number) and on your Appointments page on Saltroad.
