Sessions

Marking sessions as delivered for payment, tracking scheduling and payout status, and refunds.

The Customer Sessions page is where you will see a breakdown of all the services your customers have paid for.

Each service is treated as a "Session", with blocks of therapy broken down into the relevant number of sessions, a block expands to show each session (eg. "Session 1 of 6") with its own status.

Each session can be ticked off as Delivered, which will ask you to input the date this was done.

This can be done as you go, or all at once at the end of the month, whichever is your preference.

The Scheduling column shows whether a session has been booked in yet (with a "Schedule" button if not).

Marking a session as Delivered will add it to the next payout run. For example, all sessions marked as Delivered in May will be added to the June payout run.

You can also Cancel & Refund a session.

For example, let's say someone bought a block of 8 sessions but ended up only needing 7, you would select Refund for that session in the Options menu in the table, and we will sort out refunding it.

The Customer Sessions page also shows you the deadline and timeline for the next payout run, and provides a link to a downloadable summary of your last payout for your own record keeping.
