Reschedules, cancellations and no shows are part and parcel of any service business, and inevitably are going to happen.
When all appointments are scheduled through Saltroad, we send the customer automatic reminders to help reduce issues in the first place.
Where necessary, you can Reschedule, Amend, Cancel or mark a No Show against any booking.
The Amend option is for when you have already agreed a new date and time with the customer, and have permission to simply go ahead and change the booking.
When you use Reschedule, Saltroad lets the customer know, along with the reason you provide, and prompts them to pick a new time from your availability.
Marking a No Show sends the customer a reschedule-invite email automatically.
Keeping all of this within Saltroad means the customer always gets the right notifications, and your calendar and our records stay accurate.
